Event Company

This event is run by Civic Mind, LLC (the Event Company). The services provided by the Event Company will be rendered with due care and skill. The Event Company reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable, without refund.



Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for "no-shows," player changes, or subjective dissatisfaction.



Weather & Schedule

Matches are subject to change in date or time. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If a match is cancelled entirely and not replayed, the Club will provide credit toward a future match.



Assumption of Risk 

The holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of football (soccer), whether occurring before, during, or after the match, including but not limited to the danger of being struck by balls or other objects.



Media Release 

By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event for promotional purposes by the Club.



Conduct

You must follow the reasonable directions of Event staff and comply with the law at all times during the Event. No outside alcohol, weapons, or pyrotechnics are permitted. All venues are smoke and vape free.



Information

We collect your email address to provide requested services, such as tickets, newsletters, and other promotional offers. By submitting your email, you consent to its use for these purposes.



Liability & Release

Apart from such statutory liability, the Event Company and the owner and/or lessee of the Event Site will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Event Site whether caused by the negligence of Event Company or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Event Site (or their respective employees, contractors or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment or otherwise - all such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.



To the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release the Event Company and owner or lessee of the Event Site (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss or consequential loss for any default, failure or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Event Site.



You agree to indemnify the Event Company and owner and/or lessee of the Event Site against any loss or damage the Event Company and/or Event Site owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Terms & Conditions.
